Do NOT make the mistake of booking any vehicle or dealing with this showroom of Yamaha and waste your hard earned money. You will only get frustration and headache once you’re trapped. If there was any negative ratings would have definitely marked it here. Pathetic attitude and service of the STAFF including the so called Manager.
I had booked FZX here on 9th December 2023. I was supposed to get confirmation from the salesman in a day or two. Kept on waiting for over a week and more. On calling the numbers they had provided+917709111333 no confirm or satisfactory answers were given. So asked to connect to the manager Arbaj+917030048807. He is nothing different than the staff. After going through the reviews of this showroom realized the crap dealer I’ve got into with money trap.
On 21 December 2023 I canceled the booking.
I was asked to fill the refund form and was told the refund will be done in 15-20 days. Don’t why would it take that long but still accepted.
Now it is over one and half month and still waiting for my money back. On calling both the numbers the staff keeps on pointing to manager and manager either point back to the staff or give fake assurance of money return in 2-3 days.
Humble request to all who are planning to buy Yamaha vehicle. Don’t even think to approach this showroom and get cheated by the fraud staff and manager of Shelar Yamaha showroom(The Spirit Automotive PVT. LTD. at Wakdewadi Shivajinagar) and lose your hard earned money
