I was having V1.0 which was a great bike from built to performance, a few days back my frnd got a fzs V2 I rode it for few days, internal built and engine is quite good but external look has gone all with ton of fibers, which was quite disappointing for me, n the drop in performance has got very less drop on paper atleast but in real life I was disappointed with performance too the bike just felt to feel lyk low power, for new riders it is enough but I have ridden my fz for 7 years or more n the sticker job on the bike is quite irritating to look at some tymes becoz its looks were unable to justify its perfornance, one thing which both fzs lacked was rear disc brake, yamha should definetly upgrade it with more power n rear disc brake atleast in V3, if yamaha drops its price atleast 5000 then this bike worth your money becoz yamaha is yamaha they never made nonsense I agree they have changed many things in bike to increase mileage but I prefer more performance then mileage, its just a personal preference . currently in my city bike price is 93500 which is a lot considering overall package, rather I would recomend yamaha to include additional rear disc brake atleast as an option other then tht its ur call over all fo beginers it is fairly nice bike to look at
