Horrible Service by Yamaha. Plz be informed that I have given my bike for general service and repairs at your service center in Goa, even the washing quality was not very good I still accepted the bike and the front office CRO told me that there is still some bearing problem, which is not resolved as the spare part was not available.
She also promised me to call within few days upon receipt of the spare but that didnt happen. After service my bike is giving lot of noise problem and the noise is unbearable and the vehicle also not running smooth. I think something is wrong with your service personnel operating the vehicle at workshop as before the service the vehicle was running smoothly and pick up was also good, but after service the efficiency has gone down.This is just not acceptable as customer.
Also be informed that the landline of the service center is just not working or may be the staff is not lifting it purposely after many failed attempts to get in touch with your service center, yesterday evening I went to the service center and the lady at front office informed me that the spare has come. At this she also informed me to bring the vehicle next day to workshop, which is readily did, and since morning I waited at the service center, before 9am itself as I am in urgent need for my vehicle servicing.
When I went today the service engg, without even touching the bike told me that the chain had gone(its pretty shocking as it hardly 25000 km, for my bike, and if it is so I doubt the spare quality which yamaha puts). He also informed me that the Greasing needs to be done properly(So why the same was not done on 02.08.13 when it was brought for repairs), he then took a test ride and informed me, that there are two bearing parts which are to be changed.
I assume its a very strange thing that two person are saying two different things on different occasions, as first I was told that only the front bearing was gone, or I assume as I overheard the service person telling the front office lady not to take more than 5 jobs for today as they need to break for the EID celebrations etc. If so was the case they should not have called me today.
Really getting a strange and cheated feeling as the service when it was done the first time was not up to the mark and no response is obtained from the service center, as even I told the front office lady that I will be leaving goa shortly to mumbai for office purpose so I need the bike repaired any how, But all efforts are in vain.
Would appreciate if some one senior from Yamaha can revert to me and help me out, as I am unable to ride my bike because of the disgusting sound and unsmooth running,
