This is the second review of my fz. I completed 1500kms.1st servicing completed at 1000kms. I am getting a mileage of around 57. Ya I know its hard to believe but the thing is my bike was pre tuned for mileage. So the top speed is sacrificed. I can touch only 110 not more but hey, I ride in city and so 60kmph is more than enough. The riding comfort is great.not getting the initial pain and discomfort but widh the yams designed the seat more ergonomically esp the pillion one.the rear part gets dirty a lot. I clean up in the morning but after a ride I get dirt all over the mud guard and chain guard. I did a microfilm coating recently and it looks spanking new. So attached dual root horns and a security alarm kit. Love that remote start. People get confused by the fuel indicator but I got used to how it behaves.
As usual the performance is excellent and so is the ride quality.there are some cases of front forks oil leak in the other fzs. But mines damn perfect. I also went to a trip of 350 kms and the experience was awesome. Currently there is more demand but less supply so I guess this will replace all pulsars or maybe as common as pulsars so am enjoying the fame while it lasts, one imp point is that when the pillion is sitting the back panels near the handlebars are gettin scratched. So I had it stickered with black radiums he sides of the back panel and then had it coated with microfilm. The air in the rear tubeless tyres deflate quicky and so u av to check every 5 days. I shall post again after my second servicing to give u an update of any problems or mishaps. Till now my ride is in 1st class. Adios amigos. Peace
