FZ 16 is a wonderful Bike in all aspects. The only downside is the Small seat for the pillion and the lack of a kicker. The rear seat is so small that it is meant only for a girl friend and not even your wife, forget about your Aunt or an additional Child.
The next disappointing thing about FZ 16 apart from its small pillion seat and lack of kicker is its pricing. The Apache RTR Fi 160 costs only 2 grands more than this bike but the additional features you get are astonishing.
For just about 2K more than FZ 16, Apache RTR Fi 160 gives you a decent pillion seat space, a Kicker, Fuel Injection, Rear Disc Brake etc.,
The last 2 additions of Fuel Injection and Rear Disc Brake would’ve costed atleast 8-10K in a Yamaha.
Let me know what are the negative points in this Apache Fi, if any body owns one and the Milaege.
