Recently I bought Gladiator RS bike from Pick up Yamaha Gurgaon( Haryana). I purchased on 11th january 09 with about Rs 48000 Its chassis no is ME135B02682004139 . I want to share my opinion with others. I also used h.honda and bajaj bikes before this bike.

I found nothing attractive in this bike as described by other friends .

1 ). RS model is available in only one colour (blue ) as told by Dealer so choice of colour is not there.

2 ). Gear changing lever is very uncomfortable. that is only possible by toe. Every time you have to

change your toe from lower side of lever to upper side.

3 ) No gear position indicator is given in speed o metre console as in Suzuki Zeus.

4) Only half chain cover is given ( as in bicycles) this type of c. cover is not in any brand of bikes available in market. Wear and tear of chain by mud and dust is high.

5) No helmet lock is given under seat opening lever as in hero honda bikes. in hero honda bikes u can put your toolbox under seat , but in gladiator seat is fixed .you need an Alen key to open it.

6) Handle bar is little small . People of medium height need to bend forward.

7) Engine noise is little high than other new brands.

8) Horn tone is very low as small size

apart from that I found some abnormalities in my bike as

Self starter stoped working after 125 km reading.

RMP metre is not working properly from day one. its needle always vibrate from high to low even

idle position

I request all youngsters to check all these points before purchasing this bike

thanks
