I just bought a Gladiator Deluxe, red coloured and am having a nice time on it.This is my first motorcycle and my first review on mouthshut.
I am not an expert at driving and Pulsar 150 and Super Splendour are the only bikes I drove before going for the Gladiator.I am a Yamaha fan and I dont care what there position is in the market .I test drove the motorcycle before going for it and I pretty much liked it and it felt like a huge bike. The cornering was excellent and braking was precise.
I then booked one and tool the delivery the very next day.The new bike was not as good as the test drive vehicle and it felt very unstable. The dealer told me that It would be better after the servicing is done. The pick up also has to improve and the brakes are very sensitive. It is ok in every aspect and is Yamaha. What more can you expect.I am sure its going to improve after the servicing is done.I like everything about the bike except for the gear shift lever which is terrible and will not fail to provide inconvenience. On an overall perspective its got superb looks and a big build. Its going to last a lifetime and I would suggest this one to anybody who wants power and cannot afford a 150cc.It is a great substitute to 150cc. Will post another review after the first servicing is done.
