Perfomance bike

Hi guy’s, I’m an aradant Bullet fan and I swear on that" and we Bully’s hate almost all other bikes on this planet! However its a pleasant surprise, even to myself, for I’m all praises for this relatively small engined bike from YAMAHA.

After a freak accident which had left me with a few artificial bones at my back, I was searching for a bike which may come close to my’Bull’s Nirvana’.

GLADIATOR Type SS/RS(Both are same under the skin, only difference being sticker schemes) feels more refined and contemporary, and from deep within somehow feels like mini Bull in terms of seamless power delivery and Gladi is a well built bike in all aspects, be it ride comfort(Which means more to me) with silky smooth suspension, locomotive like linear and smooth power delivery and premium build quality.

Gladi specs are same as that of Honda Unicorn’s, which is much more expensive, the only difference will be 25 CC, higher CC’s doesn’t really convert into real time performance on our roads, and that little extra won’t make us fly!

YAMAHA had come up with blend of everything that is good and we have a capable bike at hand. Comparing this bike with any other in BAJAJ’s stable(let it be Pulsar 220, with 2 spark plugs! and god forbid 4 wheels and 1 quarter wings!) will be a crime in itself. Too much power without refinement, is wasting energy and that holds true for BAJAJ, Which is the closest competitor in terms of sales, after all we don’t have to go with the masses.

YAMAHA had been making motors for outboards and high end race and road bikes for over fifty years now, and their ingenuity reflects in their engineering finesse which reflects in Gladi.

The bike gives me 60 Kmpl and It’s pricing is identical to that of Bajaj XCD(54, 500 on road, Chennai), which is a bargain for the bike which surpasses Pulsar 150’s standard effortlessly.

We can make our own choices and good one at that. Gladi will be money well spent. Happy riding.
