This is to complain that we have not received our long pending gratifications till now despite sending countless reminders and complaints in the last six years. My friend Gurpreet Singh & myself participated in the Yamaha E-Contest held on Yamaha Motors India website, https://yamaha-motor-india.com, in April-May 2009 .
Not only all of our prizes should be immediately sent to us but we should be over compensated for this unprofessional, irresponsible and arrogant attitude of yours, alongwith our original set of prizes.What do you have to say about that?
Your customer service in India is very poor and talking to them is very irritating, annoying and frustrating as they keep trivialising the simple matters. I dont want to intearct with them anymore and kindly do not forward my complaint to them, like you always do.
I hope good sense will prevail upon you and you will despatch all of our long pending gratifications immediately without trivializing this small matter any further. For this we will be grateful to you.
