ATLAST A BIKE FOR RACING FANATICS..........

I was a guy who have been looking Yamaha rd 350 as my dream and I was really happy when Yamaha team prepared the R15.

Initially I thought it would be a great bike with a great specification, but later when it was launched I was really disappointed reading its specs.

Even though it was running 150cc I thought it would be sporting at least a 20+ps.But Yamaha guys really disappointed me..Anyway I was looking for a chance to get my hands on it and fortunately  here come my

Classmate who bought it on the second week of launch. But the running in period for the bike was 2000k so I dint bother asking him because what I want was good drive rather than Just zipping in 50k.so I waited and  It was last week I got the chance …..!

I don’t want u to tell about the looks because u would have already seen it on roads or on Showroom. !st thing I noticed with it is that it was really a small bike .compared to my brothers karizma It is small ..But one must consider  a fact that all Yamaha bikes(including R1).

The bike is having a great chassis (best for a a small bike ever sold on India).so u will be really confided doing high speeds .I thought karizmas suspension and chassis was the best in India .But after riding R15 my verdict changes. The 3 link mechanism on the tear really helps the monoshock not to bottom out which is quite common with unicorns rear shock when placed in the soft settings.

The bike has best handling for a bike in its class in country .And the brakes are really awesome tooo……even if the tyres are skinny , road grip to is superb.those who r not satisfied with the present tyre can even switch to the Fz  140/60/17 tyres .But rim size is going to be a problem. No Doubts.
