Best for me. Excellent mileage and pickup.

I have been using this for the past one month and I must say that Yes I am satisfied. Yamaha is a good company and my dealer is also good at providing services. On the very second day the vehicle was not starting by self start, do he even replaced the battery within 10 minutes. Zoom Roadys Yamaha located at Mahavir Enclave is good at giving promt services. Earlier the mileage was low 35-45 Kmpl but after first service it is around 50.

The dealer told me that mileage week be better above 55-60Kmpl after the second service or the third service. But anyhow the vehicle is quite reliable. No need to start by kick(although I myself love doing that), but it can start even in the morning by just the press of a start button. Just press it for a fraction of a second(while holding the brake, brakes work as clutch during ignition) and it will start. People say that the space below seat is low but it’s not that low. I can keep my Yamaha bag with its RC and all those things along with my gloves, a full face helmet(reversed direction to that of Ray Z), medical kit, wallet, two pieces of dusting clothes, etc very easily. There is a separate space for a screwdriver and key that came as a kit on the lower side of seat.

Moreover there is good leg space and even a hook that holds my bag pretty well. It’s got a good pickup than those offered by Honda or Hero.I tried them all before choosing one for me. The two options which were satisfactory were by Yamaha only Ray Z and Fascino.

My dad wanted Fascino but I preferred Ray Z. Because it was for me, so we bought Ray Z.

I tried it even a triple seat. I was able to cross 60Kmph speed easily after first service.

Love you Yamaha Ray Z. It’s my new bro.

Edited.

Since a few days, it was not performing well. It used to turn off in the middle. I got it repaired but then mileage was poor.

But today, they took their time and repaired it well. They also gave me a road test. They used an 100mL petrol capsule, although the petrol was taken from fuel tank only. Then they exchanged the two pipes. I went along with the technician after repair. He told me that note every one km would mean 10Kmpl.

Then we went on to check the vehicle, The vehicle ran for 6.5Km. It actually crosse would have crossed that but we took sudden brakes because the cab ahead suddenly stopped. Anyways, I am happy. YAMAHA did not cheat. Their scooters on blue core really offer 66Kmpl mileage on road. I can tell this because I got it.

Edit 2

Now, I always get mileage above 63Kmpl. The way I check it is that I always refill my tank in multiples of ?60, thats one litre.

Love You Ray Z.
