I bought my Yamaha Rx100( 1989 model) in 2002 as a second owner and I have been driving almost 7 years. I can proudly say I did not spent anything for maintanence except that I repainted my bike as company delivred one. I like the engine power and pickup in this and best suitted for daily ride and especially its sound rocks in city. I am sure that I wont sell this bike and planning to own this bike throught my lifetime
If anyone planning to buy used Yamaha Rx100, Just go for it by closing your eyes. If you could spend few hundreds initialy you can renew ur bike as like new one which you cant get it from any other bike
Keep track of the 2T oil regularly, if you ride a bike without oil, performance of the engine may go down. I drove this bike form chennai to Pondicherry once in a three month and I love to ride this bike on such a long drive
