I own a 1993 model Black colored Yamaha RX 100 and has given me immense joy and thrill in last 12-13 years without giving my any trouble- during my college time , during the initial stages of my professional career.It has got everything that a young biker needs.It has already clocked more than 1L kms.
There was no major repair that was required until now, though small things like speedometer repair , tail lamp , head lamp repair , filters replacement , tyre replacement etc are carried out. My RX 100’s roar used to make most of the colleges jealous.. !! I have also experienced long drive and have toured upto 1250 kms within a week’s time.
It was a great fun during those days of tour. But last year I noticed some noise from engine and then showed to a roadside mechanic. He suggested that the bike needs an immediate engine overhaul. I am relatively new in Mumbai and would like to get it repaired by a very authentic mechanic / workshop.
Can anyone suggest a very good workshop / mechanic in Mumbai?? Also, can we depend on the authorized work shop in Kandivli Mumbai?? Pl suggest.
