I bought this Bike in July 2011. Before my 3rd service, I was unsatisfied with the bike as it was not giving the mileage as promised by the Sales team. I was getting only 32-33 Kmpl. The power and pickup was excellent for this kind of a bike. I have tried and tested 115 Kmph on NICE road in Bangalore. I got fed up with the mileage part and then I raised a complaint on Yamaha’s website for poor mileage. To my surprise, I got a call from Mr. Irshad (Supervisor at Panache Yamaha Service Center, Indira Nagar, Bangalore) the very next day. He asked me to come for my 3rd service to their service center.
So, I went there and gave my bike for service. After the service he told me that they have tested my bike’s mileage and it gave 38 Kmpl and it will surely increase upto 45 within one week. Now, one week is over and guys, the bike has really started giving 45 Kmpl. I am really thankful to Yamaha Customer Care and especially to Mr. Irshad. I definitely recommend this bike to all the people who wants to buy a good looking, powerful yet good at mileage and economical bike.
