I bought my Yammie on April 20th 2012. The bike is a dream but the dealer (JM Motors, Noida) service was a nightmare. The second service made me feel as if I was dead and in hell. One my second free service, the service centre did a big blunder because they knew that Yamaha makes good bikes but never focuses on after sale service.
They kept my bike outside in exactly the same position as I had left it. That is how I caught them. The bike was wiped and polished but the position exposed them. Later when I rode the bike, it was squeaking. Since then onwards, even during the remaining free service period, I got my bike serviced from outside.
Yamaha should take these frauds to task, which I doubt will ever happen because all of them are following the ways of the government.
