I brought Yamaha YBR110 by month of may 10, now (1 July ) I crossed 1100 KM. I learnt riding from this vehicle. so I cant judge the mileage I am getting around 55Kmpl. Among 1100km 800km is on highway and there is no chance to change gears or apply brakes. So I cant rate its as good performer in case of mileage.
The major problem with the bike is during neutral the light is not glowing (from Yamaha Service station I heard that most of this vehicle account this problem and they cant do anything with that). When I happened to drive other vehicles like splendor and Discover YBR seems comfortable than other. Ratio of gears are really designed with optimally. Even a beginners like me can manage better.From others comment I came to know the engine is working smoothly.
After my first service the mileage dropped to 50 kmpl. Second major Problem is starting trouble.The electric starter doesn’t work in the morning. In spite of choke, sometimes kick start also take several hits to start.During Summer its behave like this , its really become a issue during winter. Check the quality of alloy wheel before you buy.
Don’t Worry about the pick up. It’s keeping promise. If the mileage and above mentioned problem are Rectified Yamaha YBR110 become most appropriate for the one who expect stylish economic bike. To finish Yamaha YBR110 is good bike. Probably I may have received faulty piece.Please check those mentioned parameter. its really worth to buy in case of cost pick up and look .
