Guy I have sept 1999 model without AIS. I just love my bike even after 15 years. Got it re-registered . I cant sell it for the likes of new sports bikes such as GIXer FZ . I am getting older. So my love for classic and commuter bikes is increasing. Don’t like sports bikes for commuting. I have got a exceptional fuel economy of 60kmpl I ride below 60km/hr. My high speed would be 50km/hr. You can get great milleage. No vibrations on engine or handle bars Thanks to single shaft balancer. Even Honda shine does not have. Cold starting is another problem with Honda shine. YBX doesn’t have cold start problems even if choke is provided. I rarely use it. I look for vibration and smoothness of engine. AMCO battery performs great with YBX . It has a comfortable riding position. Never experienced back pain even after longer rides. It has got a reliable engine Performs better under traffic. It can overtake a vehicle quickly . The quality of head light cowl and ABS plastics are far better than any other bikes in this segment. It has not lost the shine even after 15 years.You can handle this bike well in tight traffic and on highways . On highways riding is fun. Controlling this bike is easy for a bike rider. High quality of spare parts paves the way for less maintenance .Spare parts are available even now. Looks It is different from other bikes. Thanks to YAMAHA India. The YBX is the best in 125cc
