Very Bad Service, they lied about the product

I ordered a 12999 worth twin stroller through yapaa and had horrible experience. They had listed the ad for a mee mee twin stroller in ebay.com as indianfamilyshop. After I booked the item and paid for it yapaa people started interacting with me as it was ultimately run by them.


First they said they do not have the color I ordered for( The ad said grey) and the stock is only red. I was not a fan of bright red, but since they confirmed it was original mee mee product I said I will go ahead with the order.


When the package arrived itself I felt suspicious, they had put a mee mee tape on the carton, but the carton was of some other low grade chinese company. when I looked inside it was not a mee mee product and it was some other company product, with substandard quality.


I called up their customer care and got a very cold response at first, which then started getting arrogant as I protested saying it is not original mee mee product. I called up mee mee customer care and checked with them and they confirmed the item is not original mee mee based on the item number and description.( first of all mee mee products always have mee mee logo on it, where as this item didnt) . Actually I had seen this substandard stroller in firstcry.com listed as fab n funky stroller for 9999(where as I paid 12999 for the mee mee stroller)


Called their customer care and emailed them and got no reply yet. I have filed a complaint at ebay and is waiting to see how it goes. Keep away from yapaa folks, they are irresponsible to the core and outright liars.
