Recently we bought computer table...found this shop at furniture expo at Manyatha tech park. We ordered from the catalog and they said they will deliver within 2 days..we didn’t get the order, and when we called they said that it has scratches, so we ordered a diff one.
They delivered it after few days...which has full of scratches and the polish was not done properly. We felt it as waste of money...as it looked like a display piece...when I asked the same to the guy who delivered it ...he said that all pieces get damaged during transport.
Is it not their duty to check the piece and do the minimum service to it before delivering it.I don’t suggest this to any one.They attract customers with just beautiful catalogs and well dressed ladies at the counter.
Very dissatisfied.
