I had visited Yashoda hospital recently for neurological check up. The doctors so called assistent behave as if they are self declaried doctor themselves. I had a urgent report to be shown to the doc and I could take appointment because online their app prominent quota was appartently full Feb. So they asked me to visit directly on reaching I told I have an urgent report which I need to show to the doc could I see the doc for 5 minutes after all the patients have left to this the staff replied that doctor is busy and cannot meet even for 5 min come in Feb to meet the doctor. I was shocked at their arrogance and lack of empathy. Who speaks this way with a patient? An institution of such a high repute can’t afford a decent well behaved staff? Are you seriously joking? I have never seen such rude and arrogant people in my whole life . Pathetic is a small word for what I experienced. I felt like slapping the uneducated bastered for his behaviour towards me. I would ensure that I never visit this hospital under any circumstances.
