The Hospitals statement is "She Cares", I did not that see anytime that they "Care". One of the worst managed and careless hospital in Banglore. We had admitted for some small reason but the did lot of tests multiple times and made us to stay for 15 days. Finally the discharge summary did not say any Diagnosis. Their billing is pattern is also irregular and charge is too much. They will make sure that atleast 2-2.5 L amount comes from patient.
Some of the Doctors Comment on the Hospital: The Hospital is new and management is not good, so you will face lot of inconvinience for sure. Also recommended for ohter hospitals.
Pharmacy: Most of the Medications suggested by Doctors will not be available. So Patients attendee should run to many Pharmacies around Marathhalli, if we do not get it then go to Doctor and ask for alternatives etc. Patient and patients family will be under pressure doing all these things and always worried.
Adminstration/Staff/Reception: Most the departments are careless in providing information and always blames other departments. The also say that they are not resposible and blame other departments and says the Hospital is new so you have to face the problems. Some of the people in the Hospital also said that its you mistake of coming to this Hospital.
Nursing Department: These people are very careless, under-staffed. Most of the Nurse says that they are under-staffed and they cannot take care of patients. Patients attendees and Doctors need to remind nurse for Medications, IV, Nebulizations etc. Unavailability of Nursing staff most of the time. Also the hadnling patients is very bad and cause injuries to Patients while moving to other departments for Tests etc.
Telephone Numbers: They do have the telephone numbers to book appointments, talk to Doctors etc but nobody picks the phone anytime. The answer the receptionists or front office people says is that they are helpless as they have only one phone. They do blame the Hospital and suggest people to raise complaints or issues or negative reviews about the Hospital.
