This is the most horrible hospital we have ever experienced, they dont have trained staff and all they want is to mint money from patients. we took our 6 months old baby there, we were first told that he needs to be put on injections for antibiotics as oral wont help, when it wasnt needed AT ALL. For the injections they dont even have trained staff who know would know how to put IV line, they used some machiene for finding the vein and in the process burnt his hands and feet. This all after trying piercing needle at possibly all places and for about an hour and a half. And after all this we are being told that because we are interfering in their business that they are taking so long and we are getting agitated unecessarily because such things happen.
When we went to the PRO for the complaint, the management was not available, we had to take 3 unwanted trips to the hospital to lodge a complaint against the staff, and it was only then that we came to know that this was the third complaint against Sister shreeja(If I could recollect the name correctly) of the staff members, and they want one more complaint on her to take any actions.
BEWARE of YASHOMATHI HOSPITAL, U CUD BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM.
