I went with my 4 year old kid who was suffering from fever. Stayed in the queue for more than 2 hours then his turn came. Dr Chetak asked him to get admitted. It was around 3 when I decided for his admission. I went to the ward at 3:30 nobody was there to arrange for a bed also.
A bed was given at 4;45 and there no nurse available to give medication which required a prick. Finally at 6 one trainee came and did unsuccessful attempt of pricking at 6:45 he was administered with prescribed med. During discharge there was one more drama happened.
I had paid 5000 during admission. They told system is not working you pay 3000 and go. We will call you when the system is up. I waited for 2 and a half week I did not get any call. Finally I went to the hospital and they gave me a bill of 5000. I asked them that during discharge there was refund of some medicine and some test was done where is the report. They say that day no sample was collected.
Then I told why I am paying such huge amount in the name of tests done they could not answer. I am going to continue this fight if I dont get any satisfactory answer and judgement to the bills I am going to lodge my complaint to consumer forum. Basically its a gang of cheaters sitting there to fool innocent public.
