Today being my third attempt to take a service from them and it made me furious to finally write this review.
Simply put, they are worst than government offices. Dont expect any hospitality. They should do some other business because doctors and hospitals are associated with humanity and service, they have lost all limits in the alter of greed.
I first took my mother for some general check-up and finally spent 20k for 20 different tests which revealed that she is healthy and can continue with her present lifestyle. Second, I took my wife to consult a dermatologists who ended up suggesting that she has skin cancer and again dozen of tests to reveal that she is OK. They would charge you premium for all the tests but then would ask you even buy syringes and all accessories as they think that are not part of the charges that you paid.
Today I had to consult an ortho and called up to take an appointment, they said’just walk-in sir’. I took a half day to come back from office and after reaching they say, the doctor is busy and cant see any patients. I asked why the hell you did not tell me earlier? No reply!
I had to pay Rs 20 for a parking which is absolutely rubbish. You must visit this hospital and the parking area at the basement to see what is the definition of a worst parking area means.
Overall, this hospital is worst and they are just making money. I recommend that you choose VIMS, near Inorbit multiplex, they are far far far far better than them
