Here is my 4th worst experience with Yashtel Team - Mysore.
I placed request for change of address on 04-11-2015 and requested to relocate the connection at earliest, as the same connection is being used for my Professional purpose as well.
Guy said without any curtsey, that the change of address will take minimum 12 days.(I already got lost one week because of wrong guidance by one of their employee).
I called his Manager and requested to relocate connection at earliest. He told that he is in Bangalore and will be back in two days.
[Things to make note here is, if an in charge is out of station, none of the complaints/requests will be attended]
And he asked me to remind him after two days, From then started my job, to keep reminding him about my request.
Every day I made 5 to 8 calls to this gentlemen. Even today also this gentlemen will asked me to remind him about my request.
[Thing to make note here is, He is in a responsible position and asking customers to remind even after he fails to provide services at committed times]
After nearly 40 to 50 times remainder to the above gentlemen, one fine morning(dt: 14-11-2015) a dumb guy(technically zero) came to pull cable and restore network.
He don’t know what is my previous connection and what is the kind of service provided new the new location. Simply came pulled cable and told to change the modem.
It was very irritating. People simply come without any knowledge of what they supposed to do.
And another irritating factor is this guy argues that change of address is only 5 days, who said you 12 days. And said that your request was placed just 3 days before.
As he is very low level in hierarchy, I didn’t argued much with him.
Again I started calling the above gentlemen every day 5 to 8 times.
On 15-11-2015, another dumb guy came with Modem, connected and asked to keep modem online for 1 Hr.
Nobody knows what is this keeping online business. Why can’t two people, one in field and another in Office at server coordinate and resolve?
I previously experienced this problem of keeping online for days together, but nothing will happen.
As this guys doesnt know anything technical, So no option, just to keep quite.
One more problem with these guys is everybody will give a build-up that they are very busy and Customer stupid’s and are just dont have any work, other than calling them and begging for their services.
Next day EOD, because EOD we normally speak loud(because, after 5 to 6 calls since morning, still the issue is at same state), then the above Gentleman says that you have to use Laptop to connect first time after change of address.
I already explained this gentleman on 13-11-2015, that my personal PC is not working, please send a technical guy who can connect my Wireless Modem to the Net, so that we can connect our Mobile and other gadgets to Net.
He said yes on the other day, but on 16-11-2015, just come to know that we have to use only Laptop.
Somehow I managed to get the Laptop, Guys asked to connect directly and use 3rd Post on DBC modem.
Did the same, but of no use.
It was showingConnection failed with error 711 on 16-11-2015.
The above gentleman, said that we are trying hardly to resolve the issue, technical guy will come attend personally the Issue tomorrow.
I said I will be busy from 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. If anything to be done, it should not be between these timings.
Then he said please remind me tomorrow before you leave office, I will send technician.
I reminded 4 times before leaving Office and another 4 times after reaching Home.
But of no use.
One more interesting factor is, in between these guys will promise that they will compensate the loss by extending the expiry date. But God only know about their commitment to their words.
Not sure when this story will end.
One of the worst Service providers, I have ever seen, I took connection but I use only on weekends, From the day I took connection, I am facing lot of issues.
Recent One is Pathetic, From Past 4 weeks I am not able to use Internet because of Address change request was not attended properly.
Following are my experiences with these guys.
1) Customer Care, nobody will pick the call.
2) By chance If they pick they won’t listen to your problem, they imply ask to do some steps which doesn’t work, and they also not sure why they ask us to do those steps.(Like are the lights glowing, how many lights glowing, is the modem white in color or black?, very stupid questions).
3) Technicians are very poor in resolving the issue.
4) Communication with Customers is very poor.
5) Not able to identify the root cause, like the server issue or Modem Issue etc
6) They are not proactive, they wont take immediate action
7) Very low number of Technicians and with low Technical skill
My suggestion is to better they should stop their Internet service rather than fooling customers by their fake promises.
