I rate Yashtel’A’ or’AAA’. Their customer service is phenomenally good. Their front-desk ladies Charvi and Priyanka are very personable and sweet. Nagesh, the person who has advised me about Yashtel Internet plans, has been extremely helpful to me.
In Bangalore and Mysuru I’ve used several ISPs and types of connection, notably Airtel and BSNL FTTH, but also Hathway cable Internet(a long time ago). Airtel only could give me 2 Mbps in Yadavgiri, Mysuru. BSNL’s speeds did not approach Yashtel’s, nor were their high-speed-data quotas anywhere near as good. In about 6 months of service with Yashtel, I had only 15 minutes of down time.
I’m now using 100 Mbps service from Yashtel. They have generous data quotas and allow a customer to upgrade to a new plan if they exhaust their data quota before the end of their current plan, with a very good discount.(Even their after-quota-exhausted speeds are very good compared to pre-quota-exhaustion speeds at BSNL and Airtel.)
