Though this bike dealer is not the only option for people of patna but I went to this dealer for purchase of yamaha FZ 16 bike.
The finance plans are nothing special in accordance to other private finance companies , there is the same rate of tlintrest and everything as usual.
When comes for service and support then the showroom shows the real colour, they do not have good mechanic and even after several visits my bike problem was not solved.
The staff in the service station are neither very well mannered nor roude they are average in courtesy but they do not listen to customers to the problems and do what is mentioned in the service slip.
The staff in the showroom are well mannered and their behaviour is good towards the customers.
The service is sometimes delayed but in my bike service it was always delayed for about an hour or two.
