I still don’t understand why this stinking group of restaurants are so famous in kakinada . Maintenance is so poor in couple of outlets . At times, I found rats playing of the couches! This is disgusting . Customer service is too poor, waiters are not even equipped with proper uniforms and not aware of table culture . Recently, I found a news article in local newspaper stating about an inspection in one these restaurants and found insects in one of the dishes and chicken used to cook is not properly preserved in sterilized conditions and they seized the restaurant . Astonishingly, with in a week, restaurant is buzzing with customers as usual . Heights of corruption!
