I booked an airline paying completely Via my Credit card. the complete payment was deducted from my account and I was also sent an email saying that the transaction is confirmed.
But the email says that the ticket has not yet been confirmed. and they will get back to me in 3 hours. and if they do not, I should call customer care. Now I am calling customer care - no one picks the call even after some 40-50 rings
Anyhow, I got to talk to one of the Agents, she said, she may book the tickets on the same flight, but she need some 3000 bucks more. I dont know, for what she was asking.I said, I wanted full refund, and she said she would process. Still I didn’t get any confirmation for refund.
Yatra.com is cheater. This is regular strategy to book unconfirmed tickets and then charge extra.
