My advise is never book your ticket through yatra it will sure turn out to be a nightmare.
I booked my tickets from delhi to brisbane through Yatra however I had to cancel my travel
following some circumstances in the family. I was initially told that there would be no charge for the cancellation of tickets for yatra customer service and at max it can go to rs. 1000. However
I was surprised to get a refund of rs 7200/ less than the money they had charged me.
After deducting the money they almost started abusing me over the phone when I called to know about the reason for deduction. I lost the money and respect too. They are just the Goondas or Mafias and their behavior is worst than the touts at the railway station. You should fear them.
Once they get their money they don’t show any mercy. Their behaviors shows that they are with knives on the road to loot your money.
