I can say this is the worst customer service, I ever had in my life. I had couple of air ticket vouchers which needs to be utilized thru yatra.com. I submitted my form in yatra for booking and I never had a chance to book the ticket as they never responded properly. Sometimes they made a call and informed me that they would arrange another call in next 24hrs and which never happened. I called them personally couple of times and I was informed that the said deptt is busy and they would arrange a call in next 24hrs. In fact I raised a complaint but nothing happened. I then raised issue with provider that issued the air ticket voucher and then I got a call from yatra.com, who apologized me and suggested me to book again. Can you imagine the kind of neglect and irresponsibility.
