They dont have a basic thing which is customer care.
I am struggling to connect with them since 2 days. their portal has problem which picks/change the dates automatically. I tried rescheduling the booking but it asks for 100% payment whereas Airlines can change is it without any Penalty or extra charges.
but Airlndia also do not help if you book from a third party.
so my money is stuck and no support from Yatra.
