The services are pathetic in terms of attending any complaint. There has been atleast 4 reminders and more than 10 calls but yatra just doesn’t seem interested.
I have booked tickets and for same booking charged twice. They just donot want to respond.

This is with reference to subseuent discussions with Yatra representatives.

I was trying to make bookings online which failed as per the site.
Then called up Yatra and booked on phone with credit card no. 438622003 for Cochin(7th to 8th aug in * hotel).

Rs. was deducted. I am ok with this.
But Today I found out that even on net booking my another credit card 4386006 has been charged.
Yatra says 43861006 has not been charged.
Citibank has given details of the payment made to yatra against this card.

Time: 3:44PM on 2nd June.
Kindly refund the amount to Card No. 4386006.
