We booked a Yatra tour of Rajasthan and they were in a hurry to get the 100% payment as it was 10 days before the travel that we booked it. Once the money was paid, they did not care to inform the hotels about our stay nor shared with us the Vouchers of the hotel booking. At every juncture, we had to share with the hotel the email that was sent as confirmation of itinerary which had the hotel name with the days.
The heights was at Kuldhara "resort" of Jaisalmer - an extremely shady place, where my wife and teenage daughter was accounted by a drunk Manager of the "resort". We complained to Yatra about the same. The Yatra fellow mentions, "Please adjust tonight, we will give an accommodation tomorrow somewhere else".
We moved out and took up another hotel and next day morning, there was no call about another hotel’s confirmation nor our call to them was responded. So we had to book another hotel in Jaisalmer for the second night’s stay and Yatra team did not respond till we reached our home. Even then when they sent an email, it was about the "feed back" of our "experience" of the holiday.
Frs are a bunch of cheats and no one there cares to reply to emails and calls. even when tourists are stranded in middle of night at a drunkards’ resort.
