I had booked flight ticket On: 21 Mar’21 having Booking Ref No. 2103210031435. Due to covid rise I have decided to cancelled the ticket hence I called myself to airlines and canclled the ticket.When I checked the refund in Yatra it was showing me Rs5640 where my ticket value is Rs31000. Then I decided to call directly airline and cancel the ticket.Indigo team had confimed that I will be eligible for complete refund for the travel between Portblair to Kolkata.Indigo team also send me cancellation details they had refunded Rs15, 600.00 and I have received the mail from indigo. Indigo said as you have booked the ticket through Yatra then Yatra.com will refund the money.When I am raising refund request in Yatra it is showing Rs. 14, 850.Yatra deducted Rs750 for no reason. .For the other ticket travel in Spicejet(Kolkata to Portblair) also I called airline and cancelled the ticket but the amount is still not reflecting in Yatra.I sent several mails to support.yatra.com but no response there is no customer care number where you can call and raise your concern.This yatra.com is cheater and I would recommend please book the flight directly in the airlines website.I was using yatra to book my flight tickets but never had experience of refund.
