Yatra customer service is highly unprofessional.They still haven’t refunded my money - it has been over 5 months. They keep saying, "oh yea, we’re working on it; there is some complication;blah blah" and keep blaming the airline.
They don’t call me back even after saying they’ll call back with an update on a specific date/time.Very unprofessional company and customer service. They are the worst!You’re better off buying a ticket directly from an airline.
I am thinking of taking legal action against Yatra. The assistant manager for the call center in Delhi area is extremely rude and unprofessional. They don’t care about the customer at all.They should not be in this airline business. Period.
I would not recommend anyone to use their services.I made a mistake - I should have searched on the internet about them and read about all the bad customer experiences before thinking of booking a ticket through them.
Lesson learned.
