Frauds

Dishonest and frauds. Not very difficult to make out from the star ratings as well as reviews here. My mother and I booked there very expensive international package for Europe. Initial negotiation was in Rupees but later on they changed it to Euros and asked us to pay in Euro rate of that day. What is even funnier is that they had sent a breakup initially quoting the exchange rate of last euro to rupee conversion of last year. They use such cheap and sham tactics to draw a few hundred thousands out of customers. Such unethical practices can happen only in India. I even wrote a mail to the CEO Dhruv Shangi. He just decided to keep completely quiet as this cheap tactic is probably devised by him personally. On questioning the sales exectuvies as to why did she not verbally tell me that the price is in euros and therefore subjective plus why did she sent me the wrong currency exchange rate to mislead me into making the booking she said its a standard business practice. Its not a standard business practice but a standard unethical practice to cheat customers in India since here they can easily get away with it unlike other foreign countries.

Furthermore, they didnt even give us the promised flights. They gave us a torturous flight with 11 hours stop at ABu Dhabi and provided no accommodation and meals. On writing to them several times and telling them about my mother’s condition as well who is a high BP patient, they quiite shamelessly kept quiet and stopped replying,

But you cant cheat customers like this. Will be taking them to court so that they learn how business should be done.
