I booked an air ticket with Yatra.com today. They have charged my credit card while the status of the ticket is unconfirmed. The email mentioned that they will confirm me within 3 hours but no call or confirmation has come. Am I supposed to keep waiting for them? I can’t book another ticket as they have already charged my credit card. I called on customer care. The call just keeps going in loop as the reference number issued to me in invalid. I would recommend everyone to stay away from Yatra.com.
I booked a similar ticket (return ticket) from via.com after 10 minutes and everything went t fine.
