I booked ticket for July 18th. When I am in Booking page it showed promo code to be applied. When I applied it I got 700 Rs. Discount and atlast when I reach to payment page and the amount of Online fee of 800 Rs. added Which is not known to the customer. If I booked through other websites like makemytrip(or) goibibio I would have saved 500 rs. After paying online fee also.
Very worst Yatra.com deducting the charges with out showing in the UI. Recommemding dont books tickets from here. Go for any other websites
