I had booked a flight ticket through yatra.com. I cancelled one of the tickets online. But to my utter surprise, when I checked 4 days later, the ticket was not cancelled. The reason call center guys gave me , they are overloaded with work, so could not get time. What a joke. I would have fired the guys immediately if I had a chance.Finally I managed to cancel the ticket. But the behavior of the call center is very rude, not befitting yatra . I suggest yatra to get rid of this kind of employee they have.
