On Yatras website their is a customer Forum for Complaints, which is totaly manupulated by Yatra. They dont have Customer care number for Domestic Fligts related issues and there customer care dont respond you on your queries.

Why cancellation is same for person cancelling 2weeks in advance and one cancelling on the last hour
Why no exception for frequent corporate user

This is Vinay TCS Employee, I am frequent Corporate Flyer and always use TCS Yatra for all the travels.
But this time my query is related to ticket booking done with Yatra for my personal travel.
I have booked tickets to BLR to DEL and DEL to BLR, but due to the unfortunate reasons I have to cancel this booking.
I am writing you to please help me in getting waive off on the Cancellation amount, I need to bare on these 2 tickets.
The Cancellation amount is huge- 5100. Being a frequent Corporate traveler, I hope you will be able to help me in reducing this loss.

Yatra cheaters earning 1000 rupees. from my booking and cancellation. Cancellation is done 2 weeks in advance. and these cheater not even want to hear me.
