Yatra.com is a famous site for online flight booking , hotel booking etc.
I had booked my flight tickets through yatra.com but after bookimg the tickets I realized there would be some change in my schedule so trued to cancel my tickets but when I called their executive they told on IVR that if you want to cancel your tickets you will be charged ₹1000 and that will be added in your yatra wallet it means next time also I have to use yatra.com when one their executive picked up my call they told me that for flight cancellation I have to pay ₹1250 and that would not be rufundable
₹1000 flight cancellation+ ₹250 yatra cancellation.very bad experience with yatra.com
