I would recommend everyone to be proactive and be specific when you book holiday package with Yatra.
Ask Yatra representative to mention all the offers which are giving by them in written format, otherwise you will get in to trouble.
For now you will be very happy that you got the holiday package with lower price/discounted, But you will realize when you are in the holiday location.
Situations Happens like below on the spot:
Bus type will change from Volvo to RTC
Facilities will change, You will be force yourself to accept, as there will be no alternative solution on the spot
You have to follow and get touch with yatra and local vendors to get your Bus tickets/Air for travelling one to another place.
If you call the representative to check about the changes, they simply change the pattern that, we have not mentioned that offer/facility and not written any where in our communication.
We have experienced this.
