My first experience with Yatra was a disaster. I had to cancel my tickets and they charged me a service fee per passenger. Which was in addition to the cancellation fees by the airline. While booking, they charge a Rs.250/- convenience fee per transaction, but while cancelling it is per passenger. And they don’t even have a justification for this.
