This site is the biggest cheating site running in India for bookings. I tried booking two air tickets from Pune to Nagpur, they showed me an airfare, I booked it paid money through net banking and in the end they did not give me a ticket.
They said the airfare has been stopped. I went directly on INDIGO site nad the airfare was available at a cheaper rate., I booked it there while I asked Yatra to return me my money, so their customer care replies to my e-mail that it will happen after a week. Nothing happedned for 11 days, Rs 3500 was deducted and returned after 11 days.
They do not talk to you on the customer care number provided to you saying that since this is a domestic booking they will not entertain us. Call their domestic booking number. It is a bad site, dont go there.This site is only taking money and providing nothing. Dont go on this site.
