I booked a ticket for my wife from Chicago to Hyderabad through Yatra.com for travel date 07/05/2012 and cancelled in the last week of April 2012. But, it looks like they did not cancelled immediately when requested and there was no confirmation sent to me about the cancellation. Again, when I called in the first week of May, they said that the cancellation is in process and sent me a confirmation with the cancellation date as 03/05/2012.
Now, even after 5 weeks of cancellation, I haven’t got my money back and every time I call, they say it’s in the process and it would be reached after 3-4 days. This is really a scrappy service and pathetic company with no responsible towards the travellers.
Guys, please stay away from this company. They provide scrappy service and none of the customer support person provides proper answer. I’m pissed off with this kind of service.
