Its been long time I am writing mails and trying to contact yatra’s team for my pending refunds which are piling up daily. there has been no processing of following refunds and I think now I will have to file a strict complaint against Yatra people.
TICKET FORCEFULLY CANCELLED booked a ticket using promo code given by Yatra.com Paid balance amount After few days receive a call from YATRA.COM that I have to pay extra 3100 for the ticket else my ticket shall be cancelled I resisted as because I had already paid the full amount and booked my meal & seat with the Air India directly(free option) Now suddenly when I checked my PNR it says cancelled?! Please advice what should I do?.
