The customer care(Suvindha Kanojia) executive had taken advance of Rs.15000 on 12th aug, 2014 each for 2 couples for Leh holiday package. ref 1032916/20 on 18th august they called me saying me to shift the dates according to them and asking us to change the dates as per their convenience.
Without giving us the reference number they said ur holiday package is cancelled due to non aishwaryasingh23ment. What does it mean by taking advance. The customer care stopped picking up my call. a new person jaint verma(not his real name as he took 5 min to say his name) employee id: 3218 email id: called me saying adjust and shift the dates of 4 people which I cannot. than he told me to go to kashmir. he doesnt even know how to talk to customer. customer wants to go to leh and he is sending them to kashmir. I have already booked ticket on 24th and 1st according to the time and taken leave solve my issue by today

I was very excited to go to leh with yatra but my excitement has turned into frustration
I dont know whether I am going for a war or holiday
I cant believe that a company like yatra(salman khan) can do this to their own customers.
I feel guilty that I did booking with yatra.com for my friend who took leave because I forced him to come with me to leh through yatra
