Never book tru yatra.we booked for Bangkok trip.after the payment they told the ticket price hiked so we have to pay extra.the moment ur done with payment tey just don’t call u neither answer your calls.go on calling them if ur lucky someone will pick and let u na that the person in charge is not ter will call u back in 10 minutes.
The hotel booked were not wat we wanted.it’s some cheap hotel which is been booked.the best part is.we will b ter on morning 5:am.we will b checking in to hotel at only 3pm.with kids it will b wonderful. thank you yatra for spoiling the hard earned holiday out of our busy shedule.plz those who r going with family never book with yatra.it’s just like going fora holiday just to spoil your mood. I just hope no one falls in this trouble agian.giving money and getting tension.
