It is the worst website ever. I booked an international flight by mistake on their website and then I got a better deal through another one. So, I wanted to cancel my booking. Man it was hell.
First of all their 24*7 customer service is a joke. None of them respond to the calls. When I pressured them about the timings they said it was 10 am - 7 pm. So, if you call them out of those hours you will be put on hold forever. And cancellation fees was exorbitant.
Their customer service is a pain. None of them can answer a simple question and put you on hold for nothing. I will not recommend this to anyone. Please stay away.
